The role is responsible for the design and implementation of ERP Manufacturing and Quality solutions at the J&J sites. This includes implementation and management of interfaces between ERP and Manufacturing/Quality systems Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP PP (Production Planning) and QM (Quality Management) modules. Experience with integration points between PP, QM, EWM, and MM modules. Work closely with the Business Product Manager to define Product strategy/vision Drive development and selection of technical solution options (from the approved list of solutions) and test concepts / potential solutions with users Guide and influence technology options with business partners and collaborate with platform/product teams to find opportunities to leverage platforms Run development and review cadence, align tech landscape across squads to promote reusability, scalability and modularity Supervise product/platform developments and drive leading engineering practices for higher tech quality understanding of accounting business processes. Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective. Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others. Must be results oriented, adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness.
