Role: Project Engineer Bachelor's Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience, or Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience, or in lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience. Multi-Disciplined Team Lead Experience 9+ years after receiving Bachelor's degree. Must meet eligibility requirements to access US classified information and be able to obtain and maintain an active DOD US Secret Security Clearance. Must have prior experience being a Technical Lead on a developmental or production program. Working knowledge of DOD program environment; esp. FAR, ITAR, FMS, DCS requirements. Exerts influence in the successful execution of programs & projects through review of actions such as but not limited to review basis of estimates (BOE), tracking program technical performance measures, and ensures programs adherence to engineering processes and best practices. Experience with Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Organizational Breakdown Structures (OBS), and change management withing the Program Management Baseline (PMB).
