The role involves documenting business requirements, coordinating with development teams, and ensuring seamless integration of Contact Center solutions.Key Responsibilities: Analyze and document business and functional requirements, including data flows and business rules. Collaborate with business and development teams to define technical solutions. Understand and document the end-to-end architecture of Contact Center systems. Provide data analysis and transformation support, writing SQL queries when needed. Assist QA and UAT teams during testing and troubleshoot production issues. Participate in Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning and Backlog Refinement. Work with stakeholders to cross-reference and validate requirements. Support data ingestion squads and ensure smooth integration across systems.Required Skills: 7+ years of experience in a Business Analysis role within banking or consulting. Expertise in Contact Center platforms, IVR systems, and enterprise architecture. Proficiency in SQL for data analysis. Experience with Agile processes, Jira, and backlog management. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Bachelors degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
