Job Title : Citrix Admin Location : Indianapolis, IN Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Citrix Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our Citrix environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting Citrix infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance for end-users. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and manage Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (XenApp/XenDesktop), Citrix ADC (NetScaler), and Citrix StoreFront. Monitor and maintain Citrix infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve Citrix-related issues, including user access, application performance, and system failures. Manage and optimize Citrix policies, profiles, and resource management. Administer Citrix PVS (Provisioning Services) and MCS (Machine Creation Services). Implement and maintain Citrix security configurations and compliance with industry standards. Work with Active Directory, Group Policies, and Windows Server to support Citrix solutions. Patch management, upgrades, and version migrations for Citrix products. Provide technical support for end-users and IT teams regarding Citrix-related issues. Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and log analysis. Document configuration changes, troubleshooting steps, and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: [X+] years of experience as a Citrix Administrator or similar role. Hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (XenApp/XenDesktop), Citrix ADC (NetScaler), StoreFront, Citrix Profile Management, and Citrix Director. Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Active Directory, and Group Policies. Experience with Citrix PVS (Provisioning Services) and MCS (Machine Creation Services). Understanding of networking concepts (load balancing, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.). Familiarity with cloud-based Citrix deployments (Azure, AWS, or hybrid environments). Experience with Power scripting for automation and administration. Knowledge of ITIL processes and incident management tools. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
