Title: Senior Quality Lead / Senior Quality Project Manager (Life Science) Any Visa Lake Forest Illinois or Plymouth Minnesota (Hybrid) 3 - 24-9- 30 Responsibilities: Experienced site-wide Quality Assurance Project Manager to provide Quality Oversight of activities and deliverables for a large project that will interface with cross-functional resources within Global Supplier Quality (GSQ), TPM Operations, Commercial Quality, Marketing, Supply Chain, R&D and PMO organi s ations as required to ensure deliverables/considerations as stated within the plan are addressed and executed as needed This position works with all applicable functional areas, as needed, to ensure that changes associated with Sparks relabeling (i.e., related specifications/verifications, updates to product BOM structures, etc.) are properly supported/completed consistent with compliance standards and company practices. Act as subject matter expert (SME) in all areas of Quality & Compliance Reviews and approves deliverables ensuring quality & compliance to applicable regulations. Consults with Quality team members and relevant internal stakeholders to identify / define high risk areas with the intent on focusing on patient safety, product quality and data integrity Identifies and escalates areas of risk or non-compliance to manager / leadership team Provide support to regulatory inspection preparedness activities as needed Requirements: Bachelor's degree and relevant GxP work experience 11+ years of experience performing quality and project management activities Experience leading and managing site-wide Quality Assurance Projects Supplier Quality experience necessary (medical device related or similar e.g., FDA regulated industry) Proficiency with regulations related to FDA / MHRA regulations Use of computerized quality management systems Quality metrics, dashboards, analysis and improvement programs Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Applicaitons.
