The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Commercial Project Management (CPM) and experience working in large enterprise environments.Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Varicent incentive compensation models. Configure Varicent calculations, rules, and workflows based on business requirements. Integrate Varicent with SAP CPM and other enterprise systems. Optimize compensation plan structures, performance analytics, and reporting. Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements and implement solutions. Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support.Required Skills: 8-10 years of experience in Varicent development. Strong expertise in Varicent Incentive Compensation Management (ICM). Experience with SAP Commercial Project Management (CPM). Ability to design compensation models, workflows, and reporting dashboards. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Preferred Skills: Experience integrating Varicent with enterprise ERP systems. Knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and performance optimization. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
