The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical expertise, program management skills, and a deep understanding of Service Cloud capabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to deliver scalable and efficient customer support solutions. Key Responsibilities Program Management Define program goals, scope, timelines, and deliverables for Service Cloud implementations and enhancements. Develop and manage project plans, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies. Monitor progress and ensure alignment with organizational priorities and objectives. Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with business leaders to gather requirements, identify pain points, and define success metrics. Collaborate with development, QA, and operational teams to ensure seamless implementation and deployment. Service Cloud Expertise Lead the design, customization, and optimization of Salesforce Service Cloud functionalities, including Omni-Channel, Case Management, Knowledge Base, and Live Chat. Advocate for best practices in leveraging Service Cloud for customer support and service delivery. Technical Leadership Facilitate discussions around system architecture, integration, and technical solutions. Ensure technical feasibility and scalability of solutions, working with Salesforce developers and architects. Reporting and Documentation Maintain program documentation, including requirement specs, change requests, and training materials. Provide regular updates to stakeholders through dashboards, reports, and presentations.
