Ideally Virginia candidate is highly preferred Job Description: Working knowledge of and experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems Recent experience in a full-time Help Desk/Technical Support position Experience and proficiency using an Endpoint Management System Experience and proficiency using a Workstation Imaging Solution Experience and proficiency using a Service Management Ticketing System Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal direction and as a team Ability to work effectively with end users, technical staff, and senior staff providing exceptional customer service Experience with Power scripting and/or SQL reporting Experience with Symantec s Altiris and/or Microsoft InTune Experience with Ivanti Service Desk Experience with Microsoft Deployment Toolkit Experience with Active Directory THANK YOU & REGARDS DIVYA U | DIA SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS LLC.
