Interprets end-user needs and requirements to translate concepts into practice. Understands the product roadmap and cross functional dependencies to help guide business units in the gathering of their requirements. Experience creating business requirements documents (BRD), functional specifications and Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams. Experience with various tools & techniques for eliciting requirements such as interface analysis, interviews and focus groups. Working experience with tools such as Jira / similar tools to document and track user stories.
