ABCs collects data related to bacterial isolates and demographic and clinical data. ABCs conducts surveillance for: Group A Streptococcus (GAS), Group B Streptococcus (GBS), Haemophilus influenzae, Neisseria meningitidis, Streptococcus pneumoniae. There are other supplemental forms associated with the ABC's - Group A Streptococcus Supplemental form, Group B Streptococcus Supplemental form, Streptococcus pneumoniae (SPN) Supplemental form. ABC"s - NIE, NNS & iEC Report Forms - These forms are used to collect data related to Neonatal Infection Expanded Tracking, Neonatal Sepsis Surveillance, Neonatal Invasive E.Coli Infection Expanded Tracking. iSA Report Form - The Invasive Staphylococcus Aureus Infection Surveillance Program collects data for describing incidence and trends of these infections. Viral Module Reporting Form - Three Modules in this application. o FLUSurv Module - FluSurv-NET collects data related to influenza-associated hospitalizations. o RSVSurv Module - The Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) Hospitalization Surveillance Network (RSV-NET) monitors RSV-associated hospitalizations. o COVID Module - COVID-NET is part of the Respiratory Virus Hospitalization Surveillance Network, which tracks hospitalizations associated with COVID-19.
