This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple projects and ensure successful delivery. Required Skills :Informatica Cloud, Informatica Administration, Informatica Power Centre, Informatica MDM admin Responsibilities : - Lead the planning and implementation of projects involving Informatica Cloud, Informatica PowerCenter, and Informatica MDM admin. - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Informatica Administration team to ensure smooth functioning. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members on Informatica-related tasks. - Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals. - Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion. - Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. - Develop detailed project plans to track progress and manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs. - Conduct regular status meetings with project teams and stakeholders to communicate progress and address any issues. - Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle. - Facilitate the resolution of any technical issues that arise during project execution. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Informatica solutions. - Prepare and present project reports to senior management and other stakeholders. Qualifications - Must have extensive experience with Informatica Cloud, Informatica PowerCenter, and Informatica MDM admin. - Should have strong knowledge of Informatica Administration. - Must possess excellent project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery. - Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Should be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model. - Must be proactive and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Should have experience working in a day shift environment. - Must be detail-oriented and able to work under pressure. - Should have a strong understanding of data management and integration principles. - Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. - Should have a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement. - Must be able to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
