The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microservices, Spring Boot, Java, and Core Java. This hybrid role requires working in a day shift with no travel required. The Architect will play a crucial role in designing and implementing scalable solutions that align with our company's goals. Must Have Skills: 1. Java 17/21, Spring framework ( Boot, cloud) Microservices 2. React JS, Redux, MicroFrontend 3. Azure Cloud, Terraform, GitHub, DevOps CI CD pipeline (Any) Certifications Required: Certified Azure Solution Architect, Java and React Responsibilities: Design and develop scalable and robust microservices architectures. Oversee the implementation of Spring Boot applications to ensure high performance and responsiveness. Provide technical expertise in Java and Core Java to guide the development team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems. Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Lead the design and implementation of complex software systems. Ensure that the software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility, etc. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive. Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process. Qualifications: Possess extensive experience in Microservices architecture and design. Demonstrate proficiency in Spring Boot for developing enterprise-level applications. Have a strong command of Java and Core Java programming languages. Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Have strong communication and collaboration skills. Display a commitment to continuous learning and improvement. Possess a deep understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. Show experience in leading and mentoring development teams. Demonstrate the ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. Exhibit the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Show a strong understanding of security principles and how they apply to software development.
