Hi, Please share resume for below role:- THIS ROLE IS HYBRID IN CHICAGO, IL (3 days in office required) Job Title: Java - FSE Architect Job Summary: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microservices, Spring Boot, Java, and Core Java,Azure. The Architect will play a crucial role in designing and implementing scalable solutions that align with our company's goals. Must Have Skills: 1. Java 17/21, Spring framework ( Boot, cloud) Microservices 2. React JS, Redux, MicroFrontend 3. Azure Cloud, Terraform, GitHub, DevOps CI CD pipeline Responsibilities: - Design and develop scalable and robust microservices architectures. - Oversee the implementation of Spring Boot applications to ensure high performance and responsiveness. - Provide technical expertise in Java and Core Java to guide the development team. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. - Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems. - Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. - Lead the design and implementation of complex software systems. - Ensure that the software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility, etc. - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive. - Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process. Qualifications: - Possess extensive experience in Microservices architecture and design. - Demonstrate proficiency in Spring Boot for developing enterprise-level applications. - Have a strong command of Java and Core Java programming languages. - Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. - Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Have strong communication and collaboration skills. - Display a commitment to continuous learning and improvement. - Possess a deep understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Show experience in leading and mentoring development teams. - Demonstrate the ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. - Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. - Exhibit the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Show a strong understanding of security principles and how they apply to software development.
