Experience in handling tickets opened for network related issues and closing on time Install and support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems. Install and maintain network hardware and software. Evaluate and modify system's performance/parameters as necessary Good experience in installation, configuration, troubleshooting of CISCO routers like 2800, 3750, 2900, 7301, 7600, 12410, ASR1k. Catalyst 6509, 4507Data center switches like 7k, 5k and 2k of nexus. Strong exposure in SDWAN Wireless Cisco / Meraki products Expertise in configuring, troubleshooting network topologies like OSPF, BGP, HSRP, VRRP & STP Routing and Switch protocols like BGP, EIGRP, VLAN, CDP, VTP, STP, RIP, RSTP, WLAN, MPLS Excellent knowledge with L3 & L2 Protocols. Redundancy Technologies like: Virtual Scale (CISCO VSS) ,VCP, Virtual Link Trunking (VLT), VRRP, HSRP Optimization products : Riverbed, Load balancer or any other optimization products Wireless products : Good knowledge in Cisco Local controller and centralized controller along with CISCO APs Exposure in SDWAN Must be comfortable working in 24*7/on-call environment.
