Scope of the initiative includes, but is not limited to: Manage the implementation of an IT Network for Gas Operations to comply with federal regulation working with different enterprise teams including Gas Operations, IT, Cybersecurity, Legal, Supply Chain and Finance, and external vendors. Duties include: Manage the initiative through the project lifecycle including planning, scheduling, monitoring, and overseeing execution through completion, value delivery, benefit realization and long-term sustainability review. Manage multiple projects and optimize bandwidth to maximize value to the Gas stakeholders. This will include innovation and continuous improvement efforts, systems integration, operational efficiency improvements, and process improvements. Work collaboratively at an expert level with stakeholders and oversee all phases throughout the lifecycle of the initiative. Rigorously manage scope to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed time, cost, and quality parameters. Propose recommendations and adjustments when required. Where needed, proactively manage changes in scope, identify potential risks with corresponding contingencies and mitigations. Develop and manage project budget, projected benefit, and financial impact forecasts, and provide ongoing reconciliation of resources and other project expenditures to projections. Develop effective communication plan to meet objectives and ensure stakeholder awareness at all appropriate gates and critical decision points, in addition to regular updates. Develop periodic project status and progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, presentations, and visual management tools. Leverage cross-functional relationships with strategic partners for successful completion of project objectives. Manage large-scale, enterprise-wide projects spanning multiple years with significant O&M and Capital Budgets with complex dependencies and competing objectives. Expertly leverage best practices and innovative skills and techniques in the field of project management for expert-level project management and execution. Optimize time to manage multiple initiatives with varying requirements simultaneously. Seek to identify opportunities to improve current project management methodology, techniques, and tools. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field. 5 plus years of project management experience in enterprise-wide complex projects, working with IT, managing virtual and cross-functional teams. At least 2 years experience working with Agile teams. PMP and Scrum Master certifications. Experience with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Azure DevOps or a similar tool like Jira and Confluence. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to lead and facilitate meetings. Preferred Experience, Education and Skills: Utility (Gas/Electric) experience Experience with Operations Technology, Regulatory, Cybersecurity and Networking projects.
