Experience with Workday (U.S. Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, EIBs, etc.) Experience with Workday Reporting & Integration support Experience with Vendor Management, Open Cases, Troubleshoot Issues, Manage Release Testing 5+ years of experience providing daily administrator support and improvement efforts for Workday and additional Payroll Strategic Business applications, including configuration and ad-hoc reporting; supporting implementation of system upgrades; testing system enhancements, troubleshooting issues and documenting workflows; monitoring data logs and managing releases; providing ongoing technical support to payroll operations employees; ad-hoc performance of quality audits. This role will be involved in creating test cases and testing interfaces to various vendors and various systems.
