Experience with some business supply chain experience ideally in a planning area preferably in the Consumer industry or life sciences industry . Experience implementing SAP (R/3, ECC or S/4) in SP/PP and (or) MM space . Experience of working in projects deploying Planning systems or complex data management processes . Experience in SAP, APO or OMP Configuration and customization and reporting tools . Experience in complex supply and production planning system deployment, improvement initiatives and steady state support . Experience in solution design and Architecture . Experience in E2E Supply chain processes and in implementing complex IT solutions in e.g, Demand Planning, Supply Network Planning, Advanced planning and Material Planning capabilities . Experience working with/managing large, culturally diverse global teams across time-zones . Ability to successfully lead multiple critical priorities/issues . Experience in working with multiple partners within a matrix organization . Ability to coach/grow peers and team members . Experience driving business value through information technology Other: . Experience implementing or supporting OMP . Experience in business analysis and project management delivering small and medium-scale projects in Plan Preferred: . Experience with Consumer Health or Life Science industry with understanding of regulatory compliance requirements. .
