Looking 10 ears Exp with Locals.. Responsibilities Include: Upgrading and reimaging workstations to Windows 11. Installing and configuring Office 365 and related software. Acting as a point of contact for tracking and reporting deployment status. Troubleshooting and resolving any upgrade issues. Collaborating with SCC technical and project teams. Skills Required: 4+ years of experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems. 4+ years of experience in a Help Desk/Technical Support role. Proficiency with Endpoint Management Systems and Workstation Imaging Solutions. Experience with Service Management Ticketing Systems and Microsoft Office 365. Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Nice to Have: Experience with Power scripting, SQL reporting, Microsoft Deployment Toolkit. Experience with Symantec Altiris, Microsoft InTune, Ivanti Service Desk, and Active Directory.
