Location : Tallahassee, FL Duration : Long Term Pay : $50/Hr C2C Objectives: The Department requires experienced resource(s) (Candidates), that specialize in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and/or Data Warehouse Business Intelligence solutions, for the Departments Florida PALM (Planning, Accounting, and Ledger Management) Project (Project), located at 1650 Summit Lake Drive, Suite 200, Tallahassee, Florida, 32317. This RFQ is for the acquisition of up to six (6) IT and/or Business professionals that are capable of performing the goals outlined in section 5 of the SOW. The Department intends to select qualified Candidates from any or a combination of the following job descriptions: one (1) or more Knowledge Engineer(s) (Job No. 4000), one (1) or more Enterprise Architect(s) (Job No. 7610), one (1) or more Business Process Consultant(s) (C. Advanced) (Job No. 7620), one (1) or more IT Business Consultant(s) (C. Advanced) (Job No. 7630), one (1) or more Business Analyst(s) (C. Advanced) (Job No. 7640), one (1) or more Release/Build Engineer(s) (Job No. 8010), to support in review, testing and acceptance of the ERP, Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence Solution provided by the SSI. The selected Respondent(s) will be expected to provide feedback on best practices and support implementation efforts, including customization of the delivered Oracle tools. The Projects architects will provide day-to-day direction for the resource(s) with input from the Project Director. Serve as an ERP subject matter expert, providing Solution recommendations and helping to resolve complex challenges. Financial Reporting ERP Resource Assisting with configuration of various general ledger values, trees, and so forth. Assisting with the implementation of the financial reporting solution to ensure the State is able to accurately and timely develop the Annual Comprehensive Financial Reports (ACFR). Developing data mapping to support the ACFR and agency financial reporting needs. Developing complex PeopleSoft queries to support the ACFR and agency financial reporting needs. Assisting with the integration to the States ACFR reporting software (Workiva). Assisting end-users with understanding data, reporting approaches, and so on to support accurate creation of financial statements. Assisting with testing activities. Assisting the Department with other responsibilities as requested. Minimum Experience. Financial Reporting Resource: Minimum of five (5) years experience completing or supporting financial reporting for the generation of the Annual Comprehensive Financial Reports (ACFR) within a PeopleSoft system, for a governmental agency. Minimum of five (5) years' reconciling the general ledger, including supporting ledgers, to the source modules to ensure accurate financial reporting. Experience configuring or managing financial reporting trees, including the use of the trees and attributes in financial reporting. Experience developing complex queries within PeopleSoft to support reconciliation, financial reporting and to identify the source of reconciliation and financial reporting issues. Experience integrating financial reporting data to an external system that is used to generate the ACFR. Preferred Experience for all proposed Resources. Experience working with the State or with other governments similar in size in terms of annual budget and full-time equivalent (FTE) employee count. Experience in the use of Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, Visio and MS Project. Experience implementing PeopleSoft in local and state government Knowledge of PeopleTools 8.59+ and fluid page development. Experience using PeopleSoft Financials, Human Capital Management (HCM), and associated Business Intelligence Reporting Solutions and ADW. Certifications such as Oracle Certified Expert, Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist, Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP), data modeling certifications or other related professional certifications.
