Manage and oversee technical and functional documentation related to Oracle EBS and manufacturing processes. Lead and support data migration, system upgrades, and enhancements. Monitor performance and optimize Oracle EBS applications to improve system performance and functionality. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), with a strong emphasis on manufacturing and supply chain modules. Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, including production planning, inventory management, work orders, BOM, and quality control. Proven experience in leading Oracle EBS projects from both a functional and technical perspective. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and business leaders. Ability to perform Oracle EBS troubleshooting and resolve complex issues efficiently. Experience with system integration, testing, and training in Oracle EBS environments. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Oracle EBS R12 experience preferred. Experience in Agile or other project management methodologies. Manufacturing certifications or additional relevant Oracle certifications a plus. Location & Work Environment: 100% on-site role located southwest of the Twin Cities metro, Minnesota.
