The nature of this work is to optimize the BI platform and to re-design the existing Power BI dashboards and to deliver insights to the key Business users. Since this is a re-design engagement, positioning a strong Program Manager onsite who has Data and Analytics background who can deal with Directors and Business users directly and help identifying the customers pain points and bring in strategies to optimize their landscape and who can work with different stakeholders would be critical..
