Perform periodic audits of access permissions and account activities for M365 and Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) accounts to ensure security compliance. Continuously monitor and test messaging systems, focusing on mail flow, storage components, and overall performance end-to-end. Proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure reliability and optimal performance.
