PCM experience is a must. SAP IM experience is strongly recommended. Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Techno-Functional Senior Manager with expertise in Performance and Compensation Management (PCM). The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of PCM processes, functionalities, and the ability to drive innovation and efficiency across the organization. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a techno-functional role with a focus on PCM. Proven experience in leading and managing teams in a complex SAP environment. Expertise in Performance and Compensation Management (PCM) is a must. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP configuration, customization, and enhancement. Strong understanding of ABAP programming and debugging skills is a plus. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is preferred. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
