Compliance Analysis: Analyze complex Oracle licensing models, including processor, named user, and concurrent user licensing, to determine appropriate license requirements based on deployment architecture and user needs. Contract Negotiation: Collaborate with procurement teams to negotiate favorable Oracle licensing agreements, ensuring optimal pricing and terms for the organization. Capacity Planning: Forecast future Oracle software needs and proactively manage license acquisition to prevent potential over- or under-licensing situations. Customer Education: Educate stakeholders across the organization on Oracle licensing policies, best practices, and compliance requirements to promote responsible software usage. Audit Support: Actively engage with Oracle during licensing audits, providing necessary documentation and justifications to address any compliance concerns. Reporting & Analysis: Develop comprehensive reports to track license utilization, identify cost-saving opportunities, and present findings to key decision-makers. Stay Updated: Maintain a deep understanding of evolving Oracle licensing policies, new product releases, and industry best practices to provide accurate guidance.
