Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven professional to oversee Partner Compensation within the Accounting & Finance team. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end partner payout processes, ensuring accurate calculations, compliance with financial policies, and seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and Compliance. Key Responsibilities: Compensation Processing: Manage and execute partner compensation calculations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to contractual agreements. Financial Reconciliation: Collaborate with Accounting teams to validate payouts, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure timely payments. Compliance & Audit: Ensure compliance with financial policies, SOX controls, and regulatory requirements related to partner incentives. Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate reports on partner earnings, trends, and accruals for Finance and Leadership teams. Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in partner compensation. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Operations, Finance, and IT teams to improve data flow and resolve compensation-related queries. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. 5+ years of experience in Incentive Compensation, Accounting, or Financial Operations, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment. Strong proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (Oracle, SAP), and compensation tools (Xactly, Varicent, or CallidusCloud). Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Experience working with large data sets and financial reconciliations. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred: Experience in managing partner compensation models in subscription or channel-based businesses. Knowledge of GAAP, revenue recognition, and SOX compliance.
