Notes for all 3 roles: We have been sending candidates that are too focused on TPRM or Flod they really want people with Audit background and exposure to the regulations listed For the L11 Role: We are looking for someone who can build and lead the practice. Ideally someone work on the Regulatory Finding Remediation (Such as OCC MRA ) before . That is not meaning by execution. It means by challenging 1A (first line) on the MRA Remediation Submission . Know what is good looks like at and able to stand in front of the Executive to explain and align the expectation. For the L10 Role: It is an individual contributor . Need to under what Regulatory Finding (Such as OCC MRA ) is. How to read and understand the ask from the finding and has ability to review, challenge and course correct 1A (front line) submission to align with what we promise to the regulator(s). For the L9 Role: It is the analyst role. Need to under what Regulatory Finding (Such as OCC MRA ) is. How to read and understand the ask from the finding and has ability to understand and gather the correct submission from 1A (front line) and ensure what we receive align with what we promise to the regulator(s). Education & Experience: Undergraduate degree or relevant professional certifications, accounting designations, or equivalent education required 10+ years of relevant audit and/or control testing experience - for L11 7+ years of relevant audit and/or control testing experience for L10 3+ years of relevant audit and/or control testing experience for L9 Preferred industry certification in audit and information security (i.e. CISSP, CISA, CIA, etc) Advanced knowledge of audit standards, procedures, laws, rules, and regulations Advanced knowledge of risk management environment, standards, regulations, and mitigation Knowledge of current and emerging trends Skilled in managing budgets and resource allocation Skilled in mentoring, coaching and performance management Advanced ability to lead, plan, implement and evaluate program/project activities to ensure completion of issue Best Regards , Sanjoo Singh Techincal Recruiter Contact :- 248-707-1996 Ext.310 Email : [email protected] Fax : 248-856-9456 100, E.
