Mention your consultant visa status also THIS ROLE IS ONSITE IN TROY, MI and NYC, NY Job Title: Service Manager (L2/L3) with FIS Systematic experience Experience: 8 to 12 Yrs Must Have Skills: Mandatory Skillset - .Net or Mainframe, prod support experience, service management and minimum 1+ years of experience in FIS Systematic core banking product Retail Banking experience is mandatory COTS product or product knowledge in Fiserv DNA, FIS Systematic, FIS Payments, Actimize, AFS Vision, EPP products or equivalent products is preferred Good communication skills, strong production support experience in managing and adhering to SLA Work from office Responsibilities: L2 support Mandatory Skillset - .Net or Mainframe, prod support experience, service management and minimum 1+ years of experience in FIS Systematic Associate has to be strong in one of the skillset Mainframe or .Net Experience and knowledge in Banking domain Production Support Experience in handling L2 incident, PR, SR Management with SLA adherence Experience in working with COTS product vendors for Banking (Preferred : FIS products) Knowledge in .NET / JAVA / Mainframe (Basic troubleshooting by referring logs) L3 support Experience and knowledge in FIS Systematic core banking product Production Support Experience L3 - in handling incidents passed from L2 team, with SLA adherence Experience in working with COTS product vendors for Banking is preferred.
