The ideal candidate should be based in the NYC/NJ area and be willing to work onsite at the office three days a week. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage HCM Cloud implementations with a focus on Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and configure Oracle HCM Cloud accordingly. Provide guidance and best practices for Cloud Payroll processing and Compensation module setup. Support system enhancements, troubleshooting, and integrations with other HR systems. Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and compensation structures. Collaborate with teams to optimize HCM Cloud functionalities and improve operational efficiency. Required Qualifications & Skills: Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically in Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits. Prior experience leading HCM Cloud projects and implementations. Ability to work onsite at the office (3 days a week).
