SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 Integration Specialist

Location: Primarily Remote (Onsite Reporting Required for Key Project Phases)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced 

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 Integration Specialist

 to lead the design, development, and implementation of integrations between 

SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0, SAP HCM, and OnBase

 (document management system). This role requires expertise in 

SuccessFactors Integration Center, SAP HCM, and potentially SAP PO

, along with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

This position is 

primarily remote

, but 

onsite reporting is required

 at commission headquarters during critical project phases, including 

Solution Confirmation, Program Increment (PI) Cycles, Showbacks, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Go-Live, and Hypercare

.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Integration Development: Oversee the design, development, and configuration of integrations between SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0, SAP HCM, and OnBase.

Configure Standard Integrations: Customize and optimize SAP-provided integration solutions to meet business needs.

Analyze Business Requirements: Translate business needs into technical specifications and integration workflows.

Develop & Maintain Integrations: Implement custom integrations, including transformation logic and error handling.

Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing to ensure integration stability.

Monitor & Troubleshoot Integrations: Ensure performance, stability, and error resolution for all integrations.

Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Maintain detailed process documentation and provide training to functional and technical teams.

User Support: Assist end-users in troubleshooting and resolving integration-related issues.

Project Planning & Coordination: Actively participate in project meetings and planning sessions.

Education & Experience Requirements

5+ years of experience with SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0.

5+ years of experience with SuccessFactors Integration Center, focusing on Onboarding 2.0 or SAP HCM.

Deep knowledge of Employee Central Mini-Master, Onboarding 2.0 portlets, and Onboarding 2.0 HRIS Elements.

Experience integrating SuccessFactors APIs using tools like Informatica or SAP PO.

Hands-on experience transferring Onboarding data to external HRIS systems (SAP ECC preferred).

Experience using integrations to send documents from SuccessFactors to OnBase.

Proficiency in ServiceNow ITSM, Idea, Project, and Demand modules.

Familiarity with ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies.

Strong skills in Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Azure DevOps Testing Module.

Bachelors degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Duties & Deliverables

Independently complete assigned requests, tasks, and projects.

Define and align integration requirements with business and technical stakeholders before execution.

Design, develop, and implement SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 integrations with SAP HCM and OnBase.

Document all requirements, user stories, and progress in Azure DevOps (ADO).

Conduct technical functions such as configuration, coding, testing, data migration, and scripting.

Perform all levels of testing as outlined in the PTC IT Quality Management Playbook.

Provide demos and showbacks to stakeholders on integration updates.

Collaborate with system administrators to review and deploy changes to production.

Support knowledge transfer and training for application support teams.

Foster productive working relationships with internal teams, vendors, and project sponsors.

Ensure adherence to PTC standards, policies, and procedures.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills for collaborating with functional and technical teams.

Preferred: 

SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM certifications.

SAP PO integration experience.

ABAP development experience.

Engagement Requirements

Candidate must provide estimated time and schedule for assigned requests, tasks, or projects.

Work location should be within the Continental United States.

Monthly onsite reporting required at commission headquarters.

Candidate must successfully complete ePATCH background check and ClearChecks National Criminal Background Check before the start of engagement.

Overtime must be pre-approved by the Project Principal.

Travel is not reimbursedrate is inclusive of all travel costs.
