CMS Compliance Description: The Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Analyst I supports operational goals and objectives by working closely with software developers, SQA peers, and business stakeholders to review use cases and develop and execute test plans, and test cases to ensure application development meets or exceeds business requirements. Primary Job Responsibilities: Define and Develop Test strategy for large enterprise integration and migration with test suites and focus on enterprise level test automation. Analyze the requirements and develop automation test plan and scripts with reusable components. Lead cross-organizational teams of SQAs, take ownership of testing discovered across all integration efforts. Communicate test strategies, status, results to the executive level. Work with Architect, Software Engineers, SQAs and improve our existing process with automation in mind and increase the testing scope and efficiency. Adhere to standard SDLC process and contribute end-to-end user acceptance testing. Work closely with Business, PMO, Architect, Development Leads and deliver quality product within the estimated timeline. Ability to work with many onshore and offshore resource to meet the testing objectives. Needed Skills: Experience in Medical/Dental Insurance domain. Experience in FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) Expertise in Postman tools to run test automation Experience in agile development and scrum methodologies. Experience in DevOps, Jira, or any other relevant management tools Proficiency in CICD integration and pipeline development Experience in scripting with either one the following (JavaScript, Power, Perl) Self-motivated and desire to lead and bring together many teams with holistic approach.
