T his person should have management capability, do some changes, which are across the board, we have to change the logo of BNYM, management skills and little technical skills, need not write scripts, no query, but need to understand the right questions. Enhancement, managing good stakeholder, ask right questions, tells him about the issue 5 years of management experience Application Manager, SAS is a HUGE plus, if they have worked on it Vendor SaaS product Azure, google cloud No coding, no deployment, no technical skills, hosted at vendor location Who will maintain communication skills with vendor, we have to make sure changes are tested properly, detecting issues, work by vendor team, good communication skills, articulate skill, work with internal teams with issue This person should have management capability, do some changes, which are across the board, we have to change the logo of client, management skills and little technical skills, need not write scripts, no query, but need to understand the right questions. Enhancement, managing good stakeholder, ask right questions, tells him about the issue Trade surveillance experience required No, prioritize other roles, monitoring skills Trade application monitoring will be a plus, understand technical issues What sort of background Production support, knows how the SAS application work, how to troubleshoot any issues etc. Person who knows how integration happens between SAS provider, how do we send information, how do we get information from vendor that would be helpful.
