Perform regular RACF security reviews and audits to identify and address vulnerabilities. Manage user provisioning and deprovisioning on the mainframe, ensuring accurate access levels for employees and authorized users. Synchronize user identities between the mainframe and other enterprise systems using identity management tools. Review and approve access requests based on established security policies. Understand z/OS operating system and its security features to effectively administer RACF. Troubleshoot RACF issues and provide technical support for mainframe users.
