As part of the role, candidate will be required to upskill on other tools to get to a point where they can provide support on all 3 tools (equally relevant for our existing consultants on the ground). Additional proficiency in use case triage and process knowledge (in Cap Markets) helpful to be able to guide users on best tooling BA skills for adhoc data analysis, reporting etc. >> This person will be training one on one or small groups.
