This role requires strong technical expertise, product knowledge, and hands-on experience in designing, developing, and integrating Oracle Utilities applications. Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation and support of Oracle Utilities (CC&B, C2M, MDM, etc.) solutions Design, configure, and enhance CC&B and MDM applications Integrate CC&B with other utility enterprise and operational systems such as MDM, WAM, NMS Develop functional design documents and configure CC&B to meet business requirements Define and document system configurations and workflows Assist in testing and troubleshooting functional areas Required Skills & Experience: 10+ years of experience in Oracle Utilities solutions Strong knowledge of Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) Expertise in Meter-to-Cash (M2C) flow and Billing Familiarity with Oracle CC&B and MDM data model Experience in designing forms, workflows, and system integrations Location Requirement: Candidate must be local to Portland, OR or willing to relocate. This is an onsite role (5 days a week).
