Job Title: PGBA Systems Support - Host Support Technician

Location: Remote

C2 Eligibility: Required

Must have LinkedIn 

Work Hours: 10 PM 7 AM (Night-time position)
Location: Prefer onsite. If not local, partially onsite or fully remote (additional approvals required for remote offers).
Travel: No travel expected, but occasional weekend work.

Required Education:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field OR

4 years of job-related work experienceOR

2 years of job-related work experience plus an Associates degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Required Work Experience:

4 years of technical experience in systems analysis, design, programming, or other IT-related roles

Technical Requirements:

Required:

TRICARE Host application support

Monitoring host systems

Batch job support

JCL and CICS troubleshooting

DB2 and IMS

Nice to Have:

Scripting: VBA or Power

Endevor, Freeze Frame, MQ, and Splunk

Some distributed knowledge (server maintenance experience)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

System Monitoring: Identify and troubleshoot system performance issues using monitoring tools

Incident & Request Management: 

Address service requests (e.g., claim strips, claim copies, claim reprocessing)

Use ServiceNow to track incidents and catalog items

C2 Clearance Checks & Validation

Government Contracts Support: Work with TRICARE T5 (East/West) and VA Community Care Network (VACCN)

Strong problem-solving skills  quickly diagnose and resolve system issues

Fast learner  ability to quickly adapt to new monitoring tools

Team player  work closely with a highly experienced 12-member team

Strong communication skills  collaborate with internal teams and client organizations

Presentation skills  ability to present findings and resolutions effectively

The Team:

12 dedicated staff members with 130+ years of combined experience

Closely collaborates with Customer Operations in Florence and Myrtle Beach, SC

Currently implementing the new T5 Government TRICARE contracts
