Should have experience in Both ABAP & JAVA stack, web dispatchers. Should have good skills in troubleshooting in ECC , BW, Solman systems, Hybris Should have experience in ABAP & Java stack patching and upgrade. Should have experience in DB2 Database administration skills (nice to have) Should have experience in Hana Database administration skills. Should have skills in Linux & Unix administration Should have hands on experience on AWS or Azure (Both would be ideal) Should have strong skills in system copy , Upgrades and support pack application, SWPM, upgrades (S/4 hana) and migration (example AWS to Azure or vice versa) Should have strong skills in CHARM and CHARM troubleshooting. Should have a strong knowledge on SSO Strong in SAP HANA administration. Desired skills: SAP BASIS administration Roles and Responsibilities: Should play a role of technical team member. Should be part of support team and support the team in any maintenance tasks. Should take care of all the troubleshooting tickets and should provide the solutions on time. Should able to prepare a plan, should co-ordinate with DC and on-site team for maintenance tasks and patching tasks. Expectations from this role: 1. Work with project team to develop, unit test and document small and medium complex level programs as needed for the projects 2. Develop unit test use cases required by the project 3. Understand the application/feature/component design and develop the same in accordance with user stories/requirements. 4. Code, debug, test and document; communicate product/component/feature development stages. 5. Effectively interact with customers and articulate their inputs 6. Optimise efficiency, cost and quality by identifying opportunities for automation/process improvements and agile delivery models 7. Follows the best practises set by the project requirements. 8. Learn technology, business domain, system domain individually and as recommended by the project/account 9. Perform other duties as assigned or requested Typical performance measures: 1. Completion of applicable technical/domain certifications 2. Adherence to coding standards set by ERP/CRM Practice. 3. Set goals in NorthStar and timely measure the progress and update accordingly. 4. Follow up with reporting manager to complete feedback check-in process before due date. 5. Completion of all mandatory training requirements t/technology/industry specific trainings, UST mandatory trainings) 6. Reduction of reoccurrence of known defects 7. Quick turnaround of production bugs 8. number of post delivery defects 9. Adherence to schedule and timelines 10. Adhere to SLAs where applicable (if supporting)Performance Areas: Requirement: Understand the requirements/user stories Estimate: Estimate time, effort, and resource dependence for one's own work Follow scrum ceremonies. Design: Understand the design/LLD and link it to requirements/user stories Configuration and Coding: Learn coding standards and practices them in development. Develop code with guidance for the above Test: Create and conduct unit testing. Test class coverage above 90%. Code Review Participate in code reviews with Tech Lead Manage Defects: Fix defects and document root cause analysis.
