Send one more for SharePoint admin for 5 days onsite in Dallas Not the one with 8/10 comm Need one more with 10/10 comm SharePoint Administrator Job Summary The SharePoint Administrator is responsible for the configuration, management, maintenance, and support of SharePoint environments, ensuring optimal performance and security. This role involves troubleshooting issues, implementing updates, and collaborating with IT teams and business users to enhance SharePoint functionality. Key Responsibilities Administration & Maintenance Migrate documents for our clients legal department from legacy systems into Sharepoint 365 and build out a proper library that's organized and searchable After that, take on other document migration and management projects from other departments Leverage internal applications for future Sharepoint projects Monitor SharePoint performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions. Manage user permissions, security settings, and access controls. Ensure SharePoint sites are regularly backed up and disaster recovery plans are in place. Configure SharePoint web parts, lists, libraries, workflows, and sites. Support the development of custom SharePoint applications, scripts, and automation using Power, Power Automate, and SharePoint Designer. Customize branding, themes, and user interfaces as needed. Qualifications & Skills Required: Prior experience migrating documents into Sharepoint 365 and building out a searchable file library (most important) Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Power scripting, and SharePoint framework (SPFx). Experience managing SharePoint permissions, workflows, and document libraries. Familiarity with SQL Server, IIS, and Active Directory. Understanding of cloud technologies, including Azure and Microsoft 365 integrations. Strong Customer Facing skills and experience collaborating with the business (legal department experience a plus) Preferred: SharePoint or Microsoft 365 certifications (e.g., MS-600, MS-700, or equivalent). Experience with Power Automate, PowerApps, and Microsoft Teams integration. Knowledge of SharePoint migration tools (e.g., ShareGate, Metalogix).
