The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Grid (Powergrid) systems, Desktop Automation, and Utility Industry operations. This role will be pivotal in designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions to optimize utility processes. Responsibilities: Design and architect automation frameworks for grid and desktop automation solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define system requirements. Develop and implement automation scripts and tools to improve operational efficiency. Ensure automation solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives. Perform testing, debugging, and performance tuning of automation processes. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members. Document automation processes and provide training to end users. Required Skills: Proven experience in Grid (Powergrid) systems. Expertise in Desktop Automation tools and frameworks. Background in Utility Industry operations. Strong knowledge of automation scripting languages (Python, Power, or similar). Experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices in automation.
