The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of hands-on experience in Python development and a strong understanding of software engineering principles. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications and solutions. Work with data structures, algorithms, and system design to create efficient and scalable systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build high-quality, robust solutions. Mentor junior developers and ensure best practices are followed across the team. Troubleshoot and optimize Python applications for performance improvements. Required Skills: 10+ years of experience with Python and related frameworks (Django, Flask). Expertise in data structures, algorithms, and system design. Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). Strong debugging, testing, and performance optimization skills.
