Title : Manual QA Consultant Location : Remote Duration : 6+ Months VisaNO H1B, OPT We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Manual QA to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for manually testing software applications to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases, test plans, and test scripts. Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing. Identify, document, and track software defects using issue tracking tools. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback. Validate bug fixes and enhancements to ensure product quality. Create and maintain test documentation and reports. Participate in test planning and estimation sessions. Ensure adherence to QA best practices and company standards. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in manual software testing. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies. Experience with bug tracking tools such as Jira, Bugzilla, or similar. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to write clear and concise test cases and bug reports. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Preferred Qualifications: Experience testing web and mobile applications. Knowledge of SQL and API testing.
