Primary (Must have skills)* In-depth understanding of Veeva CTMS and eTMF Expertise in data migration strategy and hands-on experience with CTMS data migration Experience in data cleanup and monitoring data quality issues Strong project management and problem-solving skills Secondary Skills (Good To have)* Knowledge of regulatory compliance and GxP requirements Experience with system integrations and data mapping Familiarity with reporting and analytics for CTMS/eTMF Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills Ability to work cross-functionally with business and technical teams Soft skills/other skills (If any) Adaptability: Ability to quickly adjust to new technologies, workflows, and environments. Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
