Hi, One of our client is looking for BUSINESS ANALYST for the Location Medley - FL HYBRID (LOCALS ONLY) Role : BUSINESS ANALYST Location : Medley - FL HYBRID (LOCALS ONLY) Experience : 9+ Years : CTS The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation and will work in a hybrid model. This role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. The candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing business processes and contributing to the companys success. Responsibilities : - Analyse business processes to identify areas for improvement and automation. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for automation projects. - Develop detailed business and functional requirements for automation solutions. - Work closely with technical teams to ensure that automation solutions meet business needs. - Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and identify trends. - Create and maintain documentation for business processes and automation solutions. - Provide training and support to end-users on new automation tools and processes. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of automation solutions and make recommendations for improvements. - Ensure that automation projects are completed on time and within budget. - Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders regularly. - Participate in the testing and validation of automation solutions. - Identify and mitigate risks associated with automation projects. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in automation. -Qualifications - Possess a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. - Have 9 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on automation. - Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Show proficiency in using automation tools and software. - Have experience with data analysis and reporting. - Display the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Understand business process modeling and improvement techniques. - Be familiar with project management methodologies. - Have a strong understanding of business requirements gathering and documentation. - Show the ability to train and support end-users effectively. - Stay current with industry trends and best practices in automation.
