Coordinate with internal and external parties, including our clients and testing partners. 2. Document processes and requirements including non-functional business rules, technical integrations, regional variants, functional specs, data mapping, and user interface. 3. This role supports Product Owners/Managers, and the person must be well organized and able to deliver efficiently. 4. Facilitate meetings including design, requirements gathering, use case reviews, resourcing, meeting minutes, etc. 5. Coordinates project delivery by participating in requirement reviews. 6. Review new features and roadmaps to identify cross team impacts 7. Reviews ticket queues to ensure appropriate triage of tickets.
