The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model and will not require travel. The role involves overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and driving efficiency through SAP solutions. Oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Manage and optimize SAP Profit Center Accounting processes to enhance financial reporting and analysis. Implement and maintain SAP Classic GL to ensure accurate and timely financial data. Coordinate SAP Automatic Payments to streamline payment processes and improve cash flow management. Facilitate SAP FI-SD Integration to ensure seamless data flow between financial and sales modules. Oversee SAP Asset Management to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of company assets. Manage SAP FICO modules to ensure comprehensive financial management and reporting. Provide technical expertise and support to the finance team in utilizing SAP solutions effectively. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of financial processes. Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Show proficiency in financial reporting and analysis. Have a proven track record of implementing process improvements. Display strong organizational and project management skills. Hold a Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Preferably have a Masters degree or relevant certification in SAP FICO. Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Exhibit strong leadership and team management skills. Have a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
