Implement custom SQL queries, scripts, and stored procedures to enhance functionality Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, optimize SQL database queries for efficiency, and maintain database health Develop and maintain API integrations to connect to the Server with other enterprise systems and applications Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement document management and workflow solutions Provide technical support and user training to ensure efficient utilization of Records Management Ensure data security and compliance with regulatory requirements, including records management Implement and manage robust backup and restore procedures to safeguard critical data Document system configurations, policies, procedures, and best practices Participate in disaster recovery planning and execute recovery procedures as needed. Job summary: We are seeking a Program Manager with 9 to 13 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in FileTrail Records Management, Regulatory Business Analysis, and FileTrail Integrations. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple projects and ensure seamless integration of FileTrail solutions. The role is day shift with no travel required.
