The ideal candidate must have Washington Health Exchange experience, along with expertise in Individual Family Plans (IFP) and Health Exchange. Here are the details: Position: Business Analyst/Business System Analyst Location: Remote (Must work PST hours) Duration: Long-term Experience Required: Relevant industry experience Required Skills: Health Exchange experience (WA Health Benefit Exchange preferred) Individual Family Plan (IFP) expertise (Non-negotiable) Experience working on On-Exchange Individual marketplace projects Strong background in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation Ability to analyze data, create workflows and use cases Experience working on cross-company projects Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) is a plus Job Summary/Responsibilities: Work across business teams, IT teams, and vendors to define scope, processes, and requirements Perform gap analysis, risk identification, and dependency assessment Liaise between business, IT, and vendor teams to ensure successful project outcomes Analyze data provided in spreadsheets and contribute to business decision-making Track IT work in Azure DevOps (ADO) (preferred but not required) This is a highly specialized role, and we are looking for candidates who meet all required criteria.
