Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain web-based applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture. Utilize HL7/FHIR standards (using Mirth Connect or similar integration engines) to facilitate seamless healthcare data exchange. Contribute to technical design discussions and implement design patterns for efficient microservice development. Participate actively in all phases of the Agile development lifecycle (sprint planning, daily standups, code reviews, retrospectives). Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, healthcare professionals) to ensure smooth integration and delivery of project features. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to best practices. Utilize Git for version control and maintain a clean codebase. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Java technologies, HL7/FHIR standards, and healthcare IT. Qualifications 4-7 years of experience in developing web applications using Java and Spring Boot. Solid understanding of microservices architecture principles and best practices. Experience working with HL7/FHIR standards and healthcare data integration (Mirth Connect or similar experience a plus). Proficiency in Git for version control. Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. Experience with Agile methodologies and a collaborative work style. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
