Proven ability to recruit, motivate and mentor geographically distributed high-performing teams. Experienced in streamlining and modernizing OnPrem data centers by adopting a unified DevOps approach across the public and private cloud with containerization and infrastructure as code. Experience in the design and build out of the DevOps platform with integrations to a curated set of tools exposed as interfaces and advanced but easy-to-manage logging, alerting, and monitoring strategies for full stack observability and quick problem resolution Strong troubleshooting and process management skills.
