Job title : AWS Connect ARCHITECT REMOTE Long term contract Experience : 12+ years Visa : Only H1B Only send AWS connect architects profiles Job Duties : Collaborates with the other senior leaders to play active role in high-level design , strategy, governance, and solution architecture. They define the migration framework, ensure best practices, and guide the implementation team ( AWS Engineers , Quality Assurance Team , CI/ CD Engineers ). Mentor the Brillio team, work closely with Program Manager , Program Tech Lead and with the project managers to ensure the proper reporting of status with call out of risks, dependencies etc., Solution Design & Architecture Design AWS Connect Chassis 2.0 Architecture : Define reusable, modular, and configurable components for health plan migrations. Define Contact Routing Strategies : Ensure efficient call routing, IVR logic, and queue distribution for different health plans. High-Availability & Scalability : Architect a resilient, multi-region AWS Connect solution for Centenes operations. Security & Compliance Framework : Ensure HIPAA, HITRUST, and PCI DSS compliance for call recordings, PII, and transactions. Authentication & ANI Matching Strategy : Define the authentication workflow using AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, Amazon Connect Voice ID, and Amazon Cognito. Integration & Data Strategy Define CRM & Data Flow Architecture Architect seamless Amazon Connect & Salesforce/Epic/ServiceNow integration. Design Data Lake Strategy Store call data, analytics, and compliance logs in AWS S3, Glue, and Redshift. Real-Time & Historical Reporting Architecture Design QuickSight dashboards and AWS Glue ETL processes for advanced analytics. Migration Strategy & Governance Define AVAYA to AWS Connect Migration Phases Develop a roadmap for migrating 22 Medicaid plans & 5 Specialty Plans. Create Standardized Deployment Framework Establish CI/CD pipelines for AWS Connect configurations using Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK. Risk Mitigation & Business Continuity Develop fallback mechanisms and ensure rollback plans during go-live.
