This role requires a leader who can drive test strategy, automation, and defect management while mentoring a team of QA professionals. Responsibilities: Lead and manage QA processes, includingAPI testing and UAT. Oversee and mentor a team of QA engineers, ensuring best practices are followed. Develop test cases, test scripts, and test plans based on acceptance criteria. Implement and maintain web automation with CI/CD integration using Selenium + Jenkins. Conduct performance testing using JMeter to ensure application stability and scalability. Perform API testing for .NET Core applications using Postman. Execute data testing and scripting to validate business-critical information Analyze requirements and design to ensurecomprehensive test coverage. Manage defects, includinglogging, triage, and reporting to stakeholders. Required Qualifications: Prior management, supervisory, or team leadership experience. 5+ years of experience in test case development, test scripting, and test planning. 5+ yearsof experience withAPI testing and UAT. 5+ yearsof experience inweb automation with CI/CD integration (Selenium + Jenkins). 3+ yearsof experience inPython or another scripting language. 3+ yearsof experience inperformance testing (JMeter). 3+ yearsof experience in.NET Core API testing (Postman). 3+ years of experience in data testing and scripting Expertise in requirement and design analysis for test case writing. Strong defect management experience, including logging, triage, and reporting.
